Vestergaard is committed to service and spare parts support of its product line. Support is available from our facilities located in Denmark and the United States.

Technical support is available to customers during normal business hours, and we provide extended support during the winter de-icing season.

Availability and shipment of parts are given high priority so that equipment can be repaired quickly. It is Vestergaard's goal to provide service/parts support in order to minimize equipment down time and ensure maximum utilization of the operator's equipment.

Manuals and Documentation

All components are listed in the manuals with component numbers, Vestergaard part numbers, and suppliers' part numbers. F indicates a fluid component, H hydraulic, E electric etc.. These identification numbers are found in the diagrams, the parts list, and are also used for labeling of the actual component on the unit. This is an excellent tool for troubleshooting and for ordering parts.

The Vestergaard manuals contain detailed descriptions for operators, service procedures and maintenance schedules for mechanics, as well as several special instructions for selected components. Vestergaard manuals are known worldwide for their high standard.

Technical Service and Overhauls

Vestergaard provides technical assistance and service to all customers all over the world if required. Our skilled technicians are always ready if immediate assistance is required no matter where in the world.

Each summer we offer our customers a thorough overhaul to ensure that the units are ready for the coming season. This is often done in close cooperation with our customer's mechanics as additional maintenance training.
