The operators of any Vestergaard GSE unit have access to our technical telephone hotline service for urgent ordering of spare parts or emergency troubleshooting. During the de-icing season, from 1 October through 31 March, our specialist on duty will be answering your calls from 06:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 18:00 in weekends and on public holidays (all Central European Time, GMT +1).
